  • 120 g Pistachio Spread Cream 25%
  • 100 g Feuilletine crispy flakes
  • 20 g melted white chocolate (optional for decoration)
  1. Combine ingredients.
    Stir the pistachio cream and the feuilletine flakes together until everything is evenly coated. The mixture should be thick, fragrant, and slightly sticky.
  2. Form into clusters.
    Using a teaspoon, drop small portions onto a parchment-lined tray. They don’t need to be perfect — organic shapes look more artisanal.
