Tiramisu Morning Rolls with Tiramisu Spread Cream

For the dough:

  • 350 g flour
  • 150 ml warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g sugar
  • 5 g yeast
  • 40 g butter

  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • 1–2 tbsp cream (optional)
  1. Prepare the dough.
    Mix flour, sugar, yeast, milk, egg, and butter. Knead until soft and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  2. Fill with tiramisu cream.
    Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread a generous layer of Tiramisu Spread Cream, then roll tightly into a log and slice into spirals.
  3. Bake.
    Place rolls in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
  4. Final touch.
    While still warm, add a spoon of Tiramisu Cream on top for shine and richness. Dust lightly with cocoa.
